  1.Responsible for the transportation of products by conveyors, pick-up robots that load and unload solar panels to the racks. and also tower-liked accumulating engineering mechanisms called accumulators(to accumulate excess products when machine in production line stop functioning.) 2. Examine the conveyors and robot-arms, identify the cause of failure in the system which cause products to crash. Identify the error and make correction (hardware, sensors, robot arms ,PLC program and others) 3. Using statistical software to analysis the yield production , and identify the major areas that limits the yield production , then cooperate with other stakeholders to identify root cause and solve the problems to increase production line efficiency. 4. Cooperate with my partner to create a simulation program(winorm programming in Visual Studio) that simulate the transportation and flow of solar panels between machining tools, conveyors and robots. This program is to simulate the actual flow of panels, and assist engineer to devise plan for the panels to go to when several conveyors or machining equipment are down.
