Wrote simulator for job scheduling service to investigate the impact on system throughput of different threshold settings. Simulator used to model different settings that would increase throughput, effective utilization of the system, and revenue received by the data center. Mr. Eberhardt designed an underpinning contracting model and wrote Performance Work Statements and associated documents to achieve the combined goals of strategic sourcing and component sourcing required by DFARS 207 for the DHSS PEO while incorporating the transition to agile development.
