      Assisting and performing research projects to support the product development section of Nakayama Iron Works, Ltd (株式会社中山鉄工所-Japan) from ITB de Labo (collaboration laboratory between NIW & ITB - Indonesia).Tasks:• Mainly focused working on research & development technology for new products or existing products in Nakayama Iron Works.• Daily performing research for topics such as IoT system solution-integration-implementation, IoT web development, PLC program, and many more related to a programming field & new technology.• Working on 3D model design, 2D drawing, and 3D model simulation by using SolidWorks.• Managing and leading a team of IoT system projects & PLC projects.IoT Research Projects:• Development of (BMS) battery management system for lithium & VRLA battery (back-end system: embedded sensor monitoring [C++], serial data communication [Python], relational database [MySQL], estimation SoC battery by using OCV method [Python]).• Development of (BMS) battery management system for MSD700 vehicle powered by Toshiba SCiB Battery (back-end system: CAN Bus protocol communication data logging [Python]).• Development of a kWh-energy building consumption monitoring system (IoT Power Meter, RS-485 Modbus RTU protocol, and a python back-end system).Design Engineering Project:• Design of the water flood gate system implemented & installed in Nakayama Iron Works Japan (3D model designs, 2D drawings, mechanical parts, and mechanical locking system).
