      Pre-Health Shadowing is a program where students can shadow healthcare professionals in order to gain experience in the medical field. Completed shadowing courses for doctors specializing in critical care and internal medicine. The course challenged me and furthered my interest in creating medical assistive devices.

      Recognized by Sunnyvale Mayor and City Council Sunnyvale City Council Dec 2022 Formally recognized for STEM achievement by Larry Klein and Sunnyvale City Council. The award is granted to those with achievements in STEM-related fields. I received this award for an engineering project aimed at processing mask waste into 3-D printer filament, in order to lessen the impact of mask pollution on the environment.

      Synopsys Regional Science Fair 2nd Place Engineering Santa Clara Valley Science and Engineering Fair Association Mar 2022 Designed a system to process mask waste into 3-D printer filament. Created and tested multiple extruder prototypes using PID controllers/systems, to model and build the project.

      Synopsys Regional Science Fair Honorable Mention Santa Clara Valley Science and Engineering Fair Association Mar 2021 Received an honorable mention for a glove prosthetic aimed to help those with partial paralysis due to spinal injuries. Designed a servo system to move the prosthetic and ultimately the user's hand, helping them regain partial mobility.
