  • Manages all three subdivisions of production (production, packaging and shipping) with an overall staff of 20-25 individuals containing 3 middle management direct reports. Reports directly to the CEO and board of directors.• Budget management for two departments of $10M annually.• Supply chain management; site manager for production facility in Breckenridge, auxiliary DC in Englewood, CO and off-site contract warehousing. Currently acquiring new commercial real estate for expansion of operations. • Procurement management; justifies and purchases equipment, opens bids for raw material contracts and negotiates rates, services, etc. Works with carrier market to negotiate competitive freight rates.• Long term MRP planning and forecasting of materials, equipment and staffing needs.• Implemented ERP system for inventory management, production, taxes and accounting. Also manages master data (vendors, customers, BOM’s).• Compliance management; writes procedures, ensures TTB compliance with production and QC protocols, files all necessary tax reports for federal and state entities. Works with insurance companies and local authorities to ensure we meet or exceed code requirements.• Inventory Management of $6M-10M worth of supply; runs monthly inventory counts and reconciliation of all production inventory.
