      Lead on the organisation and administration of activities that support Course delivery. Take responsibility for supporting academic course delivery by developing and maintaining course related information for students. Take responsibility in student voice which involves liaising with academics and students to plan and organise meetings. Also ensuring actions are taken forward after the meetings have taken place. Providing advice and guidance to students on a daily basis which includes one to ones or group based to ensure they have the support in place to progress on their course. Support the department to deliver student induction and activities at key points throughout the year. Use appropriate IT packages for data entry, retrieval and the production of management information. Develop and maintain local procedures, monitoring the effectiveness of procedures and frameworks for delivery and contributing to updating and reviewing these, liaising with key stakeholders as appropriate. Understand, provide advice on and implement regulatory matters in relation to your functional area. Supervise staff as and when required including allocation of responsibilities, workload planning and providing general advice and support. Support for a range of University, Faculty and/or Directorate committees/groups and meetings. This may include room bookings, distribution of papers, agendas, minutes/note taking and associated processes. I also ensure all pre-enrolments checks are carried on such as Criminal record checks, Occupational Health questionnaires and Immunisations history by the use are various IT packages. Maintain and improve IT packages such as SharePoint and Capita. I also use all Microsoft packages on a daily basis providing Excel reports to senior staff members. I provide direct support to line managers, providing Information for meetings such as IT reports. This may include room bookings, distribution of papers, agendas, minutes/note taking and associated processes.
