  Full Stack Engineer

  – Owned and led development of web application for standardizing ticketing data using ASP.NET MVC and MS SQL Server. Application was built from the ground up for use by Network Engineers to log steps taken in resolving cloud server tickets for the client. Data is consumed for SLA calculations and reports to the client. Development team received company-wide award for high performance and deliverability.– Created a full-stack web application for analyzing project data to monitor project efficiency using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, ASP.NET Core Web API, and SQL. Application is used internally by project managers to analyze project performance and make resource allocation decisions.– Developed a web-application for improving communication between the client and the onshore/offshore Network Engineers using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and ASP.NET Core Web API. Client was able to see team members who were currently on-shift with a link to Microsoft Teams chat. Resulted in decreased follow-up times and efficient allocation of tasks by the client.– Wrote unit tests using MSTest and MOQ frameworks.– Communicated progress and future state with project managers and team members on a daily basis to determine upcoming feature design and receive feedback on recent feature implementations.
