I have found Mahesh well capable of delivering the responsibilities of head of engineering at site as per GSK standards.He is sincere and Hardworking.He has excellent technical understanding and very good in managing the team.He is excellent in English written and verbal communication. GSK Ankleshwar site is scheduled for divestment.Mahesh has expressed his willingness to relocate and travel for job requirement.As an experienced engineering professional trained in GSK work culture I highly recommend Mahesh Hariharan for other GSK sites for him to continue in GSK organisation.
