  Lead Enrollment Team to strategically increase number of students in global programs, enrolling 4K+ students per year. Establish target enrollment goals for programs. Manage communication of all admissions decisions. Steer administration of record-keeping systems to track queries, applications, and enrollment data. Respond to complicated and sensitive study abroad inquiries from students, parents, leadership, and counselor. Represented global programs at recruitment events and industry conferences.Built CRM database from scratch to fit needs of department and excite students now used by all Study Away students, programs, and administration (~400 users globally), which includes immigration advice and processing, legal counsel, financial literacy connection with opportunities at other schools, program proposals and management, and emergency response and crisis management. Responsible for management of technology for all users, including permissions, training, communication, policies, and approvals with focus on equity.Expanded technology beyond department and is now used throughout university by establishing program as central system for housing of university data with 20 workflows, 55 applications, and 100+ dashboards for various processes, creating connections to other university platforms to feed information out into other systems, and partnering with Student Outreach, OGP, Academic Planning, Health Center, and Housing Teams.Leveraged technology for COVID-19 pandemic response, including health database and establishing programs for students in countries in lockdown to be able to study in-person at satellite NYU sites with HIPPA, immigration, and global research considerations with frequent pivots due to changing policies.
