Show less Within this role I worked across The Arbib Education Trust which includes 2 Primary Academies and 1 Secondary Academy. Each Academy incorporates a Museum Learning focus to inspire teaching and learning. As the Museum Learning Officer I worked across the curriculum, producing, delivering and evaluating activities, workshops and resources to aid learning. I planned and supported faculties’ museum visits and supported the induction and development of staff. I also led the cross Trust development of Arts Award programmes from Discover and Explore at the primaries to Bronze at the secondary academy.Another aspect of my role included supporting the Academy’s exhibition programme through creating audience-relevant text, researching exhibition themes and installing content. To ensure the smooth running of exhibitions and loans across the Trust I implement good collections management practice.I also updated the Museum Learning social media and website pages and am the Volunteer Programme Co-ordinator.
