As the company grew I became a Project Manager and involved with the evolution of thankQ - the not for profit database solution. I became a director in 2004 and following a sabbatical during 2005 returned as Managing Director in 2006.

  I spent just over a year in South America during 2005-06, the first part of which was in Quito, Ecuador teaching English as a foreign language to students from age 5 to 55.

Adding management responsibility for Raiser's Edge, Net Community and eTapestry to my P2P solutions. Responsible for the development of the UK and Ireland business unit focussed on the P2P fundraising platform everydayhero.
