Individual, Relational (couples and family), and Group PsychotherapyIndividual- I work with adults and adolescents and specialize in depression, trauma, life transition, anxiety, spiritual issues and personal growth. I enjoy working with students, professionals, creative types, those seeking more, seeking depth or just seeking. My goal is to facilitate a safe space where one can discover him or herself and find new ways to relate with oneself, others and the world. Relational- Relationships are powerful. They have the power to inspire us, help us grow, or they can smother and even destroy us. I enjoy working with couples and families that desire and are seeking peace, repair and rejuvenation. Group- Group therapy is my passion. Please contact me to find out what groups I am currently running. I believe that humans are relational. We long to know others and be known, be close. We are continuously learning how to relate with others: love and protect ourselves. Group therapy is a powerful modality where one can grow in authenticity and intimacy, increase self awareness and give and receive honest feedback. Show less
