      Proto-Type Development

Built and Patented Proto-type Dump system that had the capability of dumping off three sides. The 3-way dump frame features a unique 3-directional dumping system which is valuable in situations where use of a conventional dump is difficult or impractical. This system's side-dumping capability allows for greater versatility and access. Material delivery is now made easy.Operation of this dumping system is simple, thanks to the exclusive ball & socket pivot system. The direction in which the frame dumps is controlled by simple placement of pins into pivot points on the frame system and the hoist push points are mounted in ball & socket joints. As demonstrated, 2 pins activated on the right side allows the frame to dump right, when the pins are activated on the left side, the frame dumps left, and when the pins are activated in the front of the frame it dumps to the rear like a conventional dump. Designed with multiple applications in mind, this frame system also features double acting, removable frames. A heavy duty locking pin assembly in each corner secures the frame during transportation, and also serves as hinge points when in operation. Show less
