      I delivered on the vision, strategy and execution of an agile transformation designed to enhance client experience, talent management and cultural change resulting in double digit revenue growth. I was responsible for leveraging my enterprise business transformation, business operations and change leadership skills to program manage multiple business transformation initiatives as a strategic organization change and agile transformation leader for a national team of 500. Improved process efficiency by 80% for a global services organization by transforming to new ways of working with agile and automation. This involved leading a global team to advise on organization design, culture change and communications, lean processes, performance metrics and operating model as well as establishing a global champion community of interest. I was responsible for leading the transformation of a global shared services sales support team which resulted in 200% growth in value-driven proposals. This involved leadership in the establishment of a first of a kind automated proposal AI solution.I also led IBM’s National Women's council in Canada for eight years, responsible for the design and execution of talent development initiatives influencing career development and growth for women across Canada. I managed a pre-sales team of Bid Managers, Proposal Design professionals and Sales Presentation Coaches to manage high-stakes opportunities for complex cross brand deals globally. I was instrumental in building strategic relationships with executives to successfully increase adoption of services by 150%. I was responsible for establishing and leading a Sales Presentation Coaching practice. I provided Executive Coaching to sales teams by analyzing client and skill requirements, assessed presentation and communication needs, and developed skills enhancement approaches to creatively and effectively coach senior sales teams. We coached 2,000+ sales professionals who had 550 opportunities. This resulted in the first IBM Sales Presentation Coaching Centre of Excellence. I assessed organizational readiness for technology enabled transformations by strategically developing and recommending program initiatives to address people, roles, culture and organizational issues during business and technology change.
