I also undertook an external secondment to the Pensions Regulator in Brighton for 6 months, analysing blue chip institution’s financial position in order to grade their ability to fund ongoing defined benefit pension scheme liabilities. As MD I led a team of sales reps, surveyors and installers, built and maintained strong customer relationships, negotiated prices with suppliers, developed investment models and managed the financial accounts.
