  Evaluated to what extent Nudie Jeans' Repair and Reuse concept mitigates environmental impact using the Life Cycle Assessment method in accordance to the ISO14040 series using the GaBi-software. The Master Thesis was performed at IVL Swedish environmental research institute, in collaboration with Nudie Jeans CO, and it is tied to the European Union research project LinCS (Linking circularity metrics at product and society level), which is funded by the Swedish EPA. The results revealed that a significant amount of environmental impact is mitigated when using Nudie Jeans' Repair service to prolong the life time of a pair of jeans instead of discarding said jeans. My educational background combination of chemistry, chemical engineering and industrial ecology made for an incredible tool set in analysing and assessing the whole life cycle of the studied pair of jeans, from the smallest polymer levels of textile fibres to the much bigger industrial textile processes.
