      Worked as an Intern in the Automation Team and Customer Operations Department as part of Ufone's flagship program: SIP. I was one of the top candidates to have successfully passed the screening as well as the interview portion. Out of 150+ on-campus and 1600+ countrywide applicants, only 40 qualified.During my SIP journey, I made my contributions in the following projects:1. Duty Roaster Automation Project• Automated the manual process of workload forecasting based on previous trends,• Adjustment of special requests and events in forecasting and normalization,• Distribution of available staff in shifts based on capacity planning.2.
