      Investigator: Work with Federal law enforcement entities (Sherrif’s departments, DEA, FBI, OIG, all police departments in the area of concentration. Specifically, during a staff assault, collect and submit all evidence into evidence log including but not limited to photos of staff injuries, photos of institution, statements, video, and any other pertinent information such as emails and phone calls. Utilizing computer systems gather inmate information. Create a referral for OIG and FBI and submit for possible prosecution. Maintain contact with the FBI and assist with any information needed as necessary. Case Manager: Manage a caseload of up to 145 inmates. Conduct weekly TEAM meetings to discuss progress of inmate education, recreation, conduct, and activities of daily living. Recommend programs, classes, and activities that will fit the needs of each individual acclimate to the institutional environment, progress during incarceration, and are well prepared for release to the community. Work with outside law enforcement, probation, the courts, and other outside entities to place each individual when released into a suitable environment to succeed and become a productive member of society. Utilize time management skills to balance a large workload and keep time sensitive projects completed within the necessary time frames. Lieutenant: Conduct Physical Security Audits quarterly by evaluating facility plans for (ACA) accreditation to ensure all barriers of security in all departments are in compliance with ACA. In the event Security has been breached, write a report of findings and recommendations to fix or strengthen security measures for future reference. Create and implement incident/emergency management plan that provides for the appropriate response to incidents that threaten or may threaten prison operations; Oversee all physical security measures within the facility and act as sole decision maker within the facility during all emergency situations.
