      Formation, development and management of the Sentry Insurance Integrated Operatons Center (IOC). The Integrated Operations Center (IOC) is a 24x7x365 team that provides Information Technology a single point of contact for event management and technical support. The IOC is responsible for monitoring key IT services throughout the organization and responding to events that may be generated for these services. If events are service impacting, the IOC escalates the event into the incident management process to be properly triaged and mitigated using established procedures. In addition, technical teams within Technology and Infrastructure Services (T&IS) utilize the IOC to integrate planned changes into the various environments and provide daily operational support of Infrastructure services.
