Strategic development and implementation of automated call handling systems. Managing and responding to KPI’s to both internal and external stakeholders. Reducing operating costs, increasing efficiencies and flow of calls and queries handled.Specials Team key areas of responsibility were to source any specially requested product. Specific responsibilities were; Ensure commercial viability to any non-core product sourcing. Liaise with alternative vendors and source globally product requirements. Negotiate rates, terms, discounts and rebates globally. Identify frequent specials for inclusion in core offering.Ensure limited stock exposure and always have prepared exit strategies for all stock prior to end of life.
