  I troubleshoot oxygen concentrators and other DME (Durable Medical Equipment) for patients and caregivers. I also input patient demographics and insurance information into the Brightree System. I have 3 years experience with the Brightree software. I also train coworkers and new employees on the navigation of this system. I take CPAP supply orders and delegate the patient orders to the correct team member for that particular insurance provider. Oxygen supplies and tanks are items I assist with as well and coordinate what days they will be delivered. Show less I was responsible for delivering medical equipment such as hospital beds, walkers, wheel chairs, oxygen concentrators, etc. I would maintain my delivery truck and keep it sanitized and clean for all the equipment I would load for delivery the following day. I trained the patient or caregiver on how to use the equipment and obtained documentation of understanding and acceptance. I was also required to be in rotation for a week of on call duty.
