  As a CRM Project Manager, my main responsibilities were:-Understand client's needs and share them with the IT Team (when new features are needed or changes to be reflected in the production environment)-Check the progress with the developers, test the features or review the new interface format and then share the progress with the client-Escalate the problems that appear on the CRM platform (inconsitencies, downtime, errors); Make sure I find a resolution asap-Find solutions in order to reduce time, document the processes and steps that have to be followed to achieve the objective-Help with ideas and guidelines for reconfiguration of different forms-Test the VBA macros created by the Data Analytics Team and review if they are working as expected-Create workflows in CRM and decide when it shoud start and how it should work-Offer trainings sessions to new joinees and update the CRM guides in case of any platform enhancements. Constant support is also applied for CRM users.-Manage the CRM registration (create licenses depending on their roles and needs)-Manage client's internal website/page, add up-to-date materials, make it visible by sharing the page through signature-Delegate tasks and share the updates on a daily basis-Map the fields appearing in Production Environment with the fields' code from Testing Environment.-Create target audience lists for a marketing campaign-Establish the steps and the records that will go through the migration process-Extract reports with the marketing campaigns results, using advanced queries-Keep in touch with the marketing teams and stakeholders from different regions in order to ensure quality on processes and projects-Handle extracted data, make the necessary changes and enrichment. Apply VBA codes or formulas on large files and upload the data.-Offer transparency within the team, client and company-Ensure CRM adoption by all parteners and employeesI have 6 years experience in handling CRM platforms.
