  Duties and responsibilities include deploying, maintaining, and supporting computers and file servers running Windows OS in a Windows Active Directory environment and setting up and maintaining jobsite networks.Some detailed responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:-Deploying new desktop and laptop computers-Maintain and troubleshoot computers via telephone support or personal visit in Towson office or local jobsites-Assist jobsites installing/configuring local area networks with broadband access and VPN connectivity to the Towson network-Upgrade or repair existing desktop and laptop computers-Maintaining and updating inventory records (Track It / CMS)-Manage Track It queue and keep SLAs (Service Level Agreement) to call users within two business hours-Provide excellent customer service to end-users and keep Track It calls up to date -Place service calls for hardware failures for warranty and non-warranty items. Manage the claim until completed.-Account administration in Active Directory-Maintain inventory of laptops/desktops-keeping them imaged, stripped for parts or inform I.T.
