In charge of planning and coordinating external logistics support for the Regiment’s 1,800 assigned Soldiers and employees and maintained a $ 1 million budget in operational cost.􀂃 Demonstrated expertise in property accountability; executed six iterations of the Regimental Inspection Program as the lead logistics inspector and subject matter expert on Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) standards that rendered a significant reduction in lost and unaccounted for equipment.􀂃 Facilitated/instructed unit supply/property book unit supply enhanced (PBUSE) training to over 75 warrant officers, NCOs and five civilian employees to improve logistics quality management and maintain data integrity for combat readiness.􀂃 Planned, coordinated and supervised the transfer of $ 5 million of training equipment from Fort Knox to Fort Benning and Fort Sill.
