  Senior Special Agent

  I conducted criminal and counter-intelligence investigations on behalf of the Department of the Navy with expertise in white collar/procurement fraud investigations. Served as a Team Leader on the two most prolific Fraud Task Force Investigations in NCIS' history (ILLWIND and IRON EAGLE). Both captured major media attention and have been chronicled in several books.

  Was promoted into positions of increased responsibility and complexity from a Deputy Program Security Officer; Division Chief - Interagency Support Group; Director - Customer Support Group; to my final position as Director - Special Support Branch where I was responsible for the planning, organizing and implementation of all sensitive and special activities/program support tasked through two classified Department of Defense directives from the initial identification of requirements through execution and close out.   Serve as a consultant to various U.S. Government agencies within the spectrum of National Security and Law Enforcement.Currently serving as the Program Manager supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Technical Support Groups (TSGs) NIMBLE ELDER Program.Named the A-T Solutions Program Manager of the Year in 2012.
