  Responsible for implement, maintain and review business requirements for seeds in Brazil territory making use of a set of objects and configurations in SAP and satellite systems called Quality Master Data. The main objectives are to systematize, standardize and automate processes such as: sampling, sample label printing, inspection lot creation, laboratory processes automation, product specifications, and stock availability to ensure seeds quality from planting to the delivery of the finished goods to the final customer.Direct interface with local and global IT team to support and lead system changes, process enhancements, incidents, and new project implementation.Short assignment with my colleagues of Quality Master Data EAME team in Toulouse, France where I had the opportunity to visit some seeds production plants and laboratories to acquire new knowledge about seeds processing at Syngenta in many countries of Europe and part of Asia. Show less Responsible for promoting continuous improvement in Quality Control data management processes from input information, data validation and reporting in SAP, satellite systems and Excel. Scope in three laboratories located in Ituiutaba, Matao and Patos de Minas, in addition to a center for collecting and shipping corn samples in Formosa and several other centers for soybean samples located throughout Brazil, which together processed more than 65 thousand tests per year.The main achievement was the digitization project of the new Uberlandia laboratory, which has absorbed all demands of the old laboratories into a single location. Responsible for leading the digital transformation of Quality Control together with the Global IT team from the creation of tools in the system, process developments, user training and change management. We were the first region to implement SAP Fiori applications and the start of the Quality global digitalization in Syngenta. Show less
