Balanced operation of multiple departments: Engineering, Production, and Field Operations with a capital improvement plan budget of $30M and several multi-million dollar sub-projects. Provided advice on how to correct emergencies on 24/7 while following regulatory reporting requirements by the California Department of Public Health (12 monthly, quarterly and annual reports). Uses hands-on investigative strategies building consensus when working on new construction of facilities; acts as point person negotiating on behalf of District with land developers, cities, and other public agencies. Attends bi-monthly board meetings. Oversees staff of 40 full time employees.Achieved / surpassed the integration of a workload productivity plan while reducing staff by one Engineer in the department; reduced 4 Operators in the Field Operations Department thereby saving thousands.
