      Train a high-school team in cheerleading.Develop skills in the sport, and push students to the best of their potential. The school would compete in various competitions in the province - after that, they would be selected to go to provincials and then Nationals. My responsibilities would be to choreograph a routine (3mins) source the music and make sure each student was safe but was still pushed to their individual limits. After Nationals, each participant would have the option to get individual colours, and as a couch I would need to register them and train them where needed - but it was up to the individual to create their routine. As a couch, I had my teams compete in 6 Nationals. 8 of my students received national colours. Show less
