      I currently look after 15 (and counting!) Preqin offices globally, overseeing all office renovations and relocations, from the initial search, through legal negotiations right up to fit-out and delivery.I work alongside the Global Head of Operations to ensure all our people have the space and tools they need to excel in their day jobs. I have a keen interest in staff satisfaction, retention and employee wellbeing, and strongly believe happy staff equals productive staff. I work with our Executive Committee and senior management team to forward plan our offices and ensure we are delivering workspaces that supports the future growth and strategy of the business. I manage the team of Office Managers and Receptionists across three different regions. Driving, enabling and giving them the confidence to successfully oversea and manage the day-to-day running's of their locations.I look after Health & Safety across the Preqin group. Show less I currently manage the Office Management provision in our offices in the EMEA and APAC regions, as well as the Reception Team in our London HQ. I work to ensure offices run smoothly on a day-to-day basis, providing staff with the right environment to concentrate on their day jobs with the knowledge that all administrative tasks are taken care of seamlessly.I have a keen interest in the workplace itself and well-being benefits; I strongly believe happy staff equal productive staff. I work closely alongside, and provide support to, the senior management team on a range of areas outside of just office management; business continuity, commercial leases, event planning and company culture. I have co-managed a large office move from the City to Victoria, solely managing the budget, and delivering the project on-time, to spec and under budget.More recently, I have provided support to our four APAC offices and standardised our business support and well-being benefits, to ensure all global offices align.
