Ensuring all deliverable's were captured within the functional requirements specification (FRS) documentation, and delivering robust stakeholder communication. I utilized subject matter experts in order to benefit the management and embedding of the change plan throughout the contact center. • Management of project deliverable's during a significant relocation of a contact center from a Livingston based site to Edinburgh Broadway Park. This incorporated dependable stakeholder management and facilitation between both sites to ensure all project members and those involved in the move had clear visibility of project timelines and expectations. This was a distinctly successful project that not only went well from a customer perspective, but was also highlighted as seamless from our front line sales teams. Show less
