  I worked in three positions, port security, accounting and human resources at Bureau of Port and Harbor and General Affairs in both Tokyo and Ogasawara islands. During these years, I developed my conflict management skills. As a HR staff, I mainly liaised with internal stakeholders to improve health and safety and to provide welfare and counselling. As a contracting and Accounting staff, I handled an electric tendering system and paper-based contracts of all Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s contracts within the islands called Ogasawara, Tokyo. I maintained good relationships with internal designers and the bidding participants in accordance with Legal Compliance Rules. As a port security staff, I was responsible for coordinating and managing security at the Tokyo International Port Facility (six public wharfs). I communicated with the 24-hours surveillance officers and the security company to maintain high security standards.
