  As Regional Manager for San Diego, I was responsible for supporting continued revenue growth for the ten studios that I oversaw. This included meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets of $10 million + for the geographical area.In addition, I created strategic timelines and tactical plans to guide the team’s success in meeting annual program goal of $1 million+. Outside of operations support, I served as the national program lead for Level2 Teacher Training. In addition to being accountable for the financial growth of this program, I also created the content and facilitated the program nationally.None of this could have been accomplished without a strong team of support.
