Developed and maintained a set of business controls around the USF programs. As Chair of the Product Eligibility committee, I work with Product to develop, retire and launch products and services for the GEM segment. Identify and work to eliminate operational issues; while, teaming with Sales to develop and implement a winning approach to the market.
