      My job description included having experience in different departments of REDC including Learning and Innovation, Marketing, Operations and Housekeeping.In operations, i was responsible for all duties of a conference planner i.e. to arrange and manage executive education programs which include organization focused programs and open enrolment programs.I co-organized two REDC programs namely "Programme on Marketing Management" and "Programme on Project Management'.
