  Strategic Asset Management:I was part of the Strategic Asset Management team, creating and developing income streams across the national portfolio. - I was part of a team that created NHS Open Space which resulted in an automated online system for all users of sessional space to provide a user friendly and autonomous way of booking sessional rooms along with more visibility for the company to understand the utilisation and opportunities for efficiencies across the portfolio.- I formulated business plans and pilots to evidence potential revenue streams from alternative income opportunities. - I developed a leasing strategy and a pipeline of pharmacy opportunities across the national portfolio.Transaction Management: My role originally involved the management of acquisition and disposal projects across London and the South East. I progressed to lead on all disposals across the North West along with other specific disposals nationally. This role involved negotiating heads of terms and sales contracts, to secure the best deal for the company. I led on all stages of the process from due diligence through to working on the planning with local authority stakeholders, and marketing of the site. I also analysed offers for the sites and, following negotiations, provided clear and concise advice to directors for board approval. As part of this role, I also sold properties on behalf of the Department of Health and NHS Trusts building on my experience of working with partner organisations.   I provided consultancy advice to public sector clients within the NHS, higher education, central government, local government and local authorities.I worked with clients to deliver strategies based on their operational needs to improve efficiency and reduce costs. I completed strategic asset management exercises and options appraisals from inception to delivery across large portfolios including public sector wide reviews. This included advice on surplus assets and their development potential. The transactional advice I provided included both acquisitions and disposals. Examples include the sale of public sector land with complex stakeholder relationships and consolidation programmes.
