Furthermore, I need to use my student's savings to purchase second-hand old car WMU8825 from Mr. Soo for mom after an invalid nuptial than getting it free as a legal wife because he owned 2 cars. The problem is Mr. Soo irresponsible by dishonest in job occupation during marriage registration to avoid paying wife alimonies in the event of a separation. That's why I chose to live like a single study and teach alone after nuptial knowing he lied from the beginning to survive alone because mom chased me out right after I helped solving her 10 years house mortgage debt loan with selfish siblings. That's why I love to learn camping due to the siblings' selfishness in my family. I'm a girl knows I have a dream and goal, I want to do it by making things possible in life because I don't believe in impossibilities in life. I dream of volunteering autonomous driving test to auto parking vs humanity because I have disabled leg distant aunt Grace and uncle. -Suffer in sharing to pay irresponsible parents' mortgage home loan since 18 by saving monies to study by half working and half studying besides early years of tutoring and translation jobs and support the youngest sister, Oppy studied Japanese together in ICLS since 13 years old because love to watch Fruit Basket and boys' love animation. Oppy and I watched girls' love animation like Strawberry Panic happily besides translating for next-door tenant neighbour, Jenny to mom's Hong Leong Bank account for utility bills after father abandoned mom to work alone in Singapore after pregnancy in the 1980s.   Discovery of too many incompliances of Accounts Payables department from APAC countries by the management refused to improve. Furthermore, the panel doctor Zenith Corporate Park lady doctor gave twice expired medicine till I give forced resignation with notice period. I purposely work to solve the master data to help the department although I'm a Record to Report as the Accounts Payable manager cannot speak and understand Korean but the CIMA lady manager didn't appreciate on what I do to help. The honesty led me to get free Singapore PR for telling the source of the incompliance evidence to the Singapore authorities because of intentional killing and food poisoning. The root problem is the CFE, FCCA and MIA Accounting degree holder employees of CBRE have debts' commitments like Lexus car and children to work for the interest of the company to protect their jobs than telling the truth. That's the reason the authorities punish CBRE for harming the health and safety of the government tax agent as I prenup my own fiance although I rear goldfish. I don't like to be influenced by the negative CBRE married staff who always late in entering the office showing off big diamond ring without resale values that help her own husband business to do fake invoices to increase sales revenue. No monies are stolen during my working period. The management is bold to commit illegal crimes without legal counsel. Mr. Mark director gave me a stalk of rose flower during my first week of work to know that I don't have pollen allergy same as my legal dad. I purposely said I'm engaged in the resume by simply giving my subordinate name as fiance by pretending I wear a married wedding ring to avoid men disturbance although I don't have marriage registration certification. Weakness of CBRE GWS APAC: The director without APAC law knowledge and HR hired MIA accountant which the husband also works for the competitor industry to share financial information.   Out-of-court settlement after separation in not living together for more than 2 years till eligible annulment due to wrong details in Malaysia marriage registration has made Lena, a single change her will to mom by removing the unfilial youngest sister, Wen in Japan. Lena continues to hold PR in Singapore due to strong family ties in Singapore whether legal paternal or maternal side. Lena's legal grandmother was a China citizen holding a Singapore PR. Her surrogate mom is an orphan has real relative ties in Singapore. The filial uncle who cares the grandmother converted to be Singaporean for his mom and cheaper children's education for more than 30 years loves Singaporean citizen wife by giving her all his salary monthly. These genuine foreign affairs family relationship ties existed for 3 generations. Lena doesn't live with her biological eldest sister, Annie due to her sister's STD health issues. The genuine father of Annie is Steven whereas Lena is abandoned to be fostered by Johor parents due to Malaysia citizenship surrogate mom's poverty of unable to raise another child. Lena has went through 4 times of IVF, IUI in Malaysia and Singapore till no children for 5 years due to the partner's sperm low motility and low morphology although Lena has 5 eggs. Lena works independently before, during and after marriage to financial support 73 years old Ah Moi to exercise her women's rights happily. Lena without joint bank account with any man is the real reason that she proves herself to work independently than Annie relied on Jonathan's joint bank account to pay her HDB house instalment because she learns to prenup his ex-partner before nuptial. Lena grows up happily with 3 mothers(surrogate mother, biological mother and foster mother) without a real father but foster dad.She's fortunate to have her long-lost cousin brother with same blood type&different surname.   Ah Moi, 70 years old B40 hates to receive RM350 monthly from Lena same as Malaysia Ministry of Social Welfare aids Disabled Person Monies Assistance because other daughters didn't financial support her although she got RM1k credit card limit from Lena. So, Ah Moi consented Mr. Soo to use GRABFOOD gluten food to food poison her monthly and slowly to get AIA Life Insurance happily awaiting her own daughter to go to heaven early than her without homecook for her daily. It's already proven in Damai Hospital health record that Lena can't eat gluten food. Show less

  I'm fortunate to be humble to use diploma certificate than most of my Chartered Member of Accountancy friends to obtain an expatriate executive job with free food and employee accommodation to work in hotel same as my Japanese uncle, Kadowaki-san that has stakeholding in hotel with USD salary starting mid of 2022. My job is with remote access. I'm so happy to travel to work around the world healthily.I am grateful to obtain the permanent job during this pandemic when Malaysia and Singapore government didn't protect citizens nor residents a permanent job.
