  Managing a team consisting of Mechanical, Electronics & Software Design Engineers. Developing a series of EOD robots, Hook and line EOD equipment and search & security equipment. Working closely with production on producing the products from the initial design concept stage, through productionisation and sales. Part of the role is to also provide training & demonstrations to exiting and new customers. Mechanical design engineer working mostly with robotics in the defense industry. Job involves concept design, working models/assembly's/drawings, finite element analysis, prototype assembly, environmental testing.
