My job scope is to promote jewellery and provide suggestion for customers so that the mix and match of the jewelry suit the customer preferences. I also do in store stocktaking to ensure the number of stocks match the HQ data. I also do system check in store whenever new promotions are held to ensure both systems of in store and HQ are in sync. In one of the warehouse sales, I managed to suggest new ideals on ways to promote and sell the selected product which could boost the efficiency of the sales team and also boost our sales.I am also in charge of training new part time promoter and monitor them. I will then report to the person in charge in the headquarters. This is to ensure that the part timers hired can not only provide the most effective and reliable services, they must also be able to ensure the customers are served well. Show less
