      Transformation Project: Al-Futtaim Automotive subsidiary in Pakistan (AGTL)- In collaboration with global consulting teams (Alvarez & Marsal, Kaizen Institute) to drive organizational transformation initiatives.Leading organization redesign/restructuring initiative for complete organization.Leading manpower planning & right sizing project through capacity planning (Headcount & MPC optimization, reduction by approx. 3.0 million AED for FTEs).Driving employee experience design initiative through employee centric initiatives, to improve engagement scores.Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of critical positions identified in organization redesign phase (Engineering, Technical, Sales etc.)Designing functional competencies for support functions and leading competency mapping activity.Working with local and group change management team to develop change management execution and communication plan.Closely working with Center of Excellence (COE) to integrate Al-Futtaim’s (global) best practices locally.Ensuring development and execution of change management roadmap.Spearheading policy analysis & recommendations to group HR (Al-Futtaim) to make policies market competitive.Communicating with Leadership & stakeholders at group and local level to ensure smooth execution of all initiatives.Responsible for detailed project planning, timelines, milestones, deliverables for complete project-(POAP).Ensuring development of work break down structure (WBS) for all workstreams supporting the achievement of all milestones.Implementation of project governance structures, including roles, responsibilities, and reporting mechanisms.Conducting regular governance meetings with workstream leads to ensure tracking of all activities as per plan.Preparing steering committee updates to maintain alignment with Al-Futtaim Automotive (AFA) leadership.Liaison between the project team (consultants), local management, AFA leadership & COE to keep project/activities aligned.
