  • Under Forest and Governance Division, contributed literature reviews and developed methods actively applied in the Adaptive and Collaborative Management (ACM) Jambi Project (Sumatera) and Danau Sentarum Project (Kalimantan).• Conducted participatory field research on forest biophysics and community based forest management and governance in 9 sites in Sumatera and Kalimantan.   • Promoted and facilitated the Forest Governance Learning Group (FGLG) Indonesia made up of 62 people from Government of Indonesia Ministry of Forestry officials and linked with two district-level groups of local government and CSOs in Sumatera and Sulawesi.• Actively liaised with other FGLG groups in 11 Asian and African countries and with other forest governance agencies in Indonesia, including research institutions and forestry/environmental focused NGOs.• Developed innovative facilitation and training materials, tools and processes based on experiential learning principles for a wide range of participatory processes.• Developed and edited 4 training of trainer modules used by UNDP, World Bank, and USAID initiatives in diverse areas of international development programming • Composed detail and concise reports for meetings and workshops, of which has become standard of meeting and workshop reports of most NGOs in eastern Indonesia.• Planned and implemented complex events of up to 120 participants and invitees, including orchestrating accommodations and travel arrangement from and to remote areas in eastern Indonesia.
