Responsibility for the safe completion of 14000 activities per day.Currently supporting the fleet management role as the business explores EV options.Key Responsibilities • Leading the divisional team to ensure the service provided to all customers meets the Service Level Agreement requirements and cost per activity KPIs with a 95% success rate.• Maintain professional relationships with all key stakeholders leading to a 22% increase in activity engagement.• Responsible for resource spending within a defined resource flex budget circa £3.5m consistently delivered at 100%.• Certifying all technical, legal and insurance matters are maintained to a satisfactory standard. 100% compliance in all audits has been attained to date.• Coaching all colleagues to make sure that all required training and compliances are completed, and a culture of high performing teams is realised.
