I was scrum master and agile coach for a 20-member project team. We worked with our client partner to build and deliver digital solutions in the food and beverage industry. In 2018 we added the ability to order through their mobile application. In 2019 we added 10 more team members to kick off a project to redesign the mobile application. Included in this project was a move from native iOS and android to a React Native hybrid platform. The project included creative design, and training for the entire team on the new platform. The application moved into UAT the first week of July. When the mobile application was launched it jumped to a 5 star rating. Show less
