As a very young start-up, our team grew up from 3 to 23 people in one year.Therefore, I’m in charge of developing intra-offices communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control and office staff supervision.To sum up, anything that will require a “non-engineering” approach is under my responsibility.
