  - Global Bank and Markets Project (Nov/2004 - Apr/2008), responsible for project management of new back office system of Treasury of Santander Investment Bank. The system support the management of position, settlement, accounting of Treasury and Sales operations, and integration with Murex a front office trading system.Results: the project delivery a new system with high level of automatic process, allowing the business areas to increase the quantity of daily trades, that’s leverages substantially the bank business. In addiction, the project integrates the treasuries of all Santander branches, generating a global visibility of all branches strategy.- Process Revision of Requirements Specification and Scope Management, responsible for idealization, analysis and improvement implementation / review processes.Results: with the implementation of processes cost/benefit analysis and patterns of requirements specification, we were able to anticipate the delivery of projects due to the exclusion of non-essential requirements, reduce scope changes and reduce total costs.- MDR PDF Printer, responsible for idealization, planning and development of a virtual printer that generate PDF files.Results: This new tool was installed in all of employees computers, replacing the Adobe Acrobat Writer, saving U$350 for each computer, considering that only in Brazil, there are 55 thousand employees the savings can reach 19 millions dollars.- New Asset Management Platform (Oct/2002 - Aug/2004) responsible for project coordination with the objective to replace legacy systems of Santander and the purchased banks Banespa, Bozano and Meriodional. Results: reduce time-to-market, improve strategic business vision and increase the trading capacity process of back office area and reduction of costs and operational risks. Show less
