  Responsible for overseeing all high school Provincial Championships in Alberta from start to finish. Working alongside the Director I was involved in every aspect of the association and everything that came with participating in athletics at the high school level. Most aspects of the position included coordinating 32 provincial championship, overseeing all athletic eligibility, transfers and appeals while ensuring everything aligned and followed the robust policy handbook.   A contributing member of the JR Shaw School of Business Administrative Leadership Team, this position drives the overall leadership of the Business Information Center (BIC) in the development of strategic plans, operating budgets, short-term renovation and capital budgets, performance objectives, and regular review of actual performance to plans. The role also significantly contributes to the school-wide academic operations initiatives, strategic planning, development of school OKRs, and the overall evolution of the School of Business by actively championing school-wide directives to ensure that the front-line delivery to all clients (students, staff, and customers) is effective, efficient, and meaningful. Responsibility and oversight can be broken down into five fundamental areas: Strategic Operations, Student Information & Services, Academic Supports, Administrative Supports and Student Advising & Complex Case Management. From all staff on site Professional Development days to off campus family events and seasonal celebrations, we drive the culture for NAIT staff. Overseeing NAIT staff recognition programs, events and awards are another way we bring value to all employees at NAIT.
