  Passionate about aeronautics I had the chance to be an intern at EUROCONTROL and to discover the world of Air Traffic Management & airport management.I was very lucky to visit the French North Air Route Traffic Control Center (CRNA-N) located in Athis-Mons, the Integrated Flight Plan Processing Unit 2 in Bretigny and the Orly Airport Control Tower.I have also had the opportunity to try a A320 simulator as well as an air traffic controller simulator.

  Having had the opportunity to do my internship in an optical store, I was in charge of really engaging tasks like mounting eyeglasses or welcoming and helping customers. As customer relationships is critical in every business it was really interesting to see how to react with clients especially when they are encountering an issue by making them happy to ensure they will keep a good opinion of our business.

  This internship enabled me to discover and to understand how an e-commerce company works.I had to conduct some market researches to compare our selling price of various products against our competitors. These market researches enabled us to readjust some of our prices and to find out that some competitors were selling product at an illegally low price.

  During this internship in the IT Systems Department I had the opportunity to discover the IT world in a company. I was in charge of several tasks like the administration of Windows servers by configuring iLO cards, Active Directory or managing some Lotus Notes servers.Being from a school in biochemistry & bioengineering, I had to adapt and to learn new things to succeed in my assigned tasks.
