  We were initially introduced to the factory. After that, I was in the production department. During my internship, I had the opportunity to observe the production of low carbon ferrochrome and to learn about the casting method and raw material mixture during the production process.

  vitra: - I am manager of rework process on ceramic sanitaryware.- I'm working on increasing the time the mold stays in production.- I do research on process improvement studies, prepare presentations about them, and share them with senior management I worked at Casting department for Long Term Intern. I progressed ergonomics improvement studies for female employees. ı have been done to improve the core surface quality.-I took part in the Kanban project. I managed increasing product productivity projects.- I have been part in new machine commissioning process.
