  Responsible for the execution of advanced technology and next generation programs. Lead the strategic development of F-35 international wing production to ensure affordable and sustainable co-production for F-35 full rate requirements. Ensure the F-35 international co-producers in Israel, Italy, and Canada are equipped both technically and operationally to ensure the quality and timeliness of major component deliveries to F-35 FACO centers in Fort Worth, TX and Cameri, IT. Ensure the execution of F-35 international production from capture through facility stand-up and aircraft delivery. Provide technical assistance and functional integration to all phases of international F-35 Final Assembly and Check-Out operations in Japan and Italy. Ensure configuration and operational readiness of simulation and software integration labs for all Aeronautics tactical programs, including F-16, F-22, F-35, and ADP projects. Develop and implement F-35 integrated Flight Test instrumentation installation strategy for all phases of production SDD deliveries to test sites. Coordinated with all production planning and execution functions to minimize schedule impacts to 600K+ man hours of mod and retrofit efforts concurrent to production. Charter build team member of the F-35 SDD program responsible for the day to day direction of touch labor and support functions, from structural assembly through aircraft delivery. Fabrication, assembly, installation, and checkout of tactical aircraft flight test instrumentation systems.
