  Chin Leong is a master trainer who is professional and service excellence oriented. He has more than 35 years of working experience across various industries. His extensive knowledge and expertise gravitated around the service and hospitality sector before taking on the challenge as a trainer. As a Trainer, his expertise is in the delivery of the WSQ curriculum. He has positively impacted lives of many trainees through his experiential learning and action learning methodology. He aims to empower management staff with leadership capabilities to build an effective team to steer towards achieving their corporate strategy and business objectives such as (i)to facilitate leaders and managers to acquire the corporate leadership capabilities and provide leadership road map for business leaders.
