      I serve as a volunteer for a research project on Cancer Screening among Native American women with IDD. The research team is complied with doctorate students, professors, and undergraduate students from Northern Arizona University and University of Arizona. The project has connections with Tucson Indian Center, Pima Community College, and the Hopi community near Flagstaff, AZ. My contribution to this project has been extracting information from an extensive literature review to utilize in a Women Be Healthy Curriculum to educate Native American women about Trauma Informed Care and Cancer Screening.
